I would expect this recipe to produce a lightly hopped malty IPA that leans more toward the English IPA style. Not counting 60 min bittering hops, I find that for a American Pale Ale I look for around 3 oz late boil hops and 2 oz dry hop. For an American IPA I move that up to 4 oz + 3-4 oz.
