There was a discussion about this on the Open Talk forum a while ago and the “correct” speeds aren’t even the speeds on the dial, they’re really fractional powers of two - 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32, 1/64 etc.

That rarely is a problem because everything would be blurry at that speed, so I can't imagine anyone wanting that exposure for CCTV.
